By accessing and purchasing from www.hearloom.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Product Purchase and Fitting
Once you have decided to purchase, the fitting of the hearing aids will be done in-store by our qualified audiologists. Our hearing aids come with a 3-year package of care.

2. Returns and Refunds
You may return the hearing aids for any reason within 30 days following the fitting in-store. To qualify for a refund, the hearing aids must be returned in their original condition, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. After the 30-day window, no refunds will be provided.

3. Shipping Timeframes and Terms
Upon purchasing the hearing aids, your hearing aids will be available for fitting in-store within 14 working days. You will receive notification when your hearing aids are ready for fitting.

4. Payment Terms and Special Fees
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment provider.

5. Limitation of Liability
HearLoom Hearing will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability for any product is limited to the amount paid for the product.

6.Product Descriptions
We take every effort to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website is error-free.
